Shipping Policy — Bialume

Effective Date: August 2026

1. Delivery Timeframes

All orders are delivered within 8–11 business days from the date of dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

Please note that order processing takes 1–2 business days before dispatch. Your delivery window begins after your order has been processed and handed over to our courier.

2. Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders via Aramex Store-to-Door bag service. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

3. Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within South Africa only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

4. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Bialume is not liable for delays caused by:

Courier or carrier delays (including Aramex operational delays)
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
Force majeure events (load shedding, natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
Public holidays or peak season volumes

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us so we can follow up with Aramex on your behalf.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can track your order directly on the Aramex website at www.aramex.com.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Bialume is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-delivery fees may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

7. Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will liaise with Aramex and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We are not liable for parcels lost in transit; however, we will assist in filing a claim with Aramex where applicable.
